WV for factory testing

Transformer test system, based on frequency converter

The test system for power transformers WV is used for transformer testing in the factory. It enables induced AC voltage tests, measurement of no-load currents and losses, short-circuit impedance and short-circuit loss measurements, as well as temperature rise and special tests according to international standard IEC 60076, parts 1 to 3. The powerful and converter-based test system generates a precise testing voltage with low total harmonic distortion (THD) and partial discharge (PD) level.
