Have a look at HIGHVOLT!
On 14 March, students from grades 8 and 9 visited us as part of the "SCHAU REIN! – Week of Open Enterprises". After a short company presentation, the training manager led the young people through the production halls and high-voltage lab. He explained the various apprenticeships and what strengths and interests are needed. Afterwards, the students were able to try their hand at practical trainings. After an hour, everyone had assembled a glowing smiley face. While some students already had a specific career aspiration as a mechatronics engineer, for others the direction was still open. Our Human Resources Officer answered questions about training and study opportunities at HIGHVOLT.
On 24 April, 2024, HIGHVOLT will once again open its doors to schoolgirls for Girls Day! The girls between the ages of 13 and 18 are allowed to try things out for themselves: they can design their own workpiece on the computer and then create and edit it themselves in the workshop.
