Our apprenticeship careers
You are interested in large machines and systems and like to create something with your own hands. Requirements:
Qualified high school diploma or higher, technical interest and manual dexterity. You can do physically demanding work while being careful and focused.
Length of apprenticeship:
The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years.
Where you'll work during your apprenticeship:
During your training, you will learn manufacturing techniques such as turning, milling and filing at the training center and deal with the care, maintenance and servicing of machines. You will deepen your knowledge in our winding production area. Here, wire is wound into coils. This is not done by hand but using state-of-the-art machines. You will learn how to program, set and readjust these machines.
Vocational school:
The vocational training is held as blocks of lessons.
Areas of placement after your apprenticeship:
Possible takeover departments are the winding department and transformer construction.
Continuing education opportunities after your apprenticeship:
After your apprenticeship, you have the opportunity to train as a technician (m/f/d), technical specialist (m/f/d) or technical business administrator (m/f/d) at any time. We'll support you!

Integrated Degree Program

The cooperative engineering education lasts a total of 5 years (after 2.5 years IHK skilled worker degree, after 5 years diploma)

During your education, you will go through the basic courses in the training center and get to know other departments, such as maintenance, assembly, test field, test engineering, development, sales.

You will learn your theoretical skills at the Berufsakademie Dresden/Duale Hochschule Sachsen, while the apprenticeship will primarily take place at our company.
Course of apprenticeship
- The business administration dual study program is in the field of industry with alternating theoretical and practical phases.
- You will work in various departments and will also spend a few weeks at our parent company in Regensburg getting to know different areas.
- You will complete the 6th semester with a Bachelor's thesis, preferably in the area of finance/controlling.
